RICKETT BURIAL LEDGER 2: 1921-1946
<- 1904-20

Charles A. Rickett was the founder of Maplewood Cemetery in Brownington, Osage Township, Henry County, Missouri. He was born Aug 25 1868, died Aug 31 1964, and is buried in the cemetery he founded.

In 1904 he commenced the business of undertaking in the Brownington area and continued until early 1946. During this time, he not only did his job as local undertaker and seller of funeral goods, but also sold the lots in Maplewood and kept the burial records of both Maplewood and the Old Brownington Cemetery (until 1953) that are located side by side.
